Congratulations Theresa Gilstrap on 10 Years!

Theresa Gilstrap is honored for her tenure with the Bank.

Generations Bank celebrates employee Theresa Gilstrap for her 10-year service to the bank and community.

Gilstrap started with the bank when it was still Community Bank of Crawford County on September 15, 2008, as a teller at the Alma location. She served as teller, personal banker and new accounts representative and then she became a loan assistant, which is her current role. Additionally, she serves as a secondary market mortgage loan originator for Generations Mortgage. 

Theresa was born in Fort Smith Arkansas and grew up in Van Buren, graduating from Van Buren High School. She attended college at UCA in Conway. She and her husband Shawn have a daughter, Sami. Theresa is very involved in the community - at the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador, she is a Crawford County Search and Rescue member, the Director of the Crawford County Medical Reserves Corps and is the Vice President of the Van Buren Cheer and Dance Booster Club.
