On April 26th, you'll see that your online banking portal will have a refreshed look! Our goal is to consistently be improving our services to provide an experience that reflects the care our team has for you.
Check out what's changed:
- The login screens are going to be updated including the appearance of the username, password, and multi-factor authentication sections.
- Our login screens are now responsive on both mobile devices and tablets.
- In the event you need to update your password, the requirements will be displayed on the screen to ensure you know what will and won't work.
- When recurring transactions on transfers, loan payments, ACH, and wire transfers fail you'll now receive an alert letting you know why the transaction could not be completed. If you wish to receive these alerts please subscribe on the Manage Alerts screen.
