A few reminders from our team:

  • Neither Generations Bank nor the IRS will be reaching out asking you to confirm any sensitive account information. If you receive a call/text/email asking for such, please notify us immediately.
  • The IRS is asking that you don't call and try to update any information or ask about the timing of payments. Instead, check HERE for any updates.
  • In the coming weeks, you will have the opportunity to submit direct deposit information to the IRS for your check in the instance you have not filed a federal tax return in the past two years.
  • Although direct deposits could start as early as 4/10/20, please allow up to two weeks for your stimulus check to appear in your bank account if your account information is current with the IRS.
