Generations Bank Announces New Market President for Rogers Area

Generations Bank announces the promotion of Max Harrell as Market President over the Rogers area. Max will oversee operations, growth of lending and deposit relationships, and community involvement for the Rogers market. Max is the sixth generation Harrell family member to work for the bank. “We are excited to see Max take on this leadership role within our Rogers team,” said Joe Ruddell, President of Generations Bank. “Max has done a great job building relationships within the Rogers community while working as a Commercial Lender.” Max is the son of Generations Bank CEO and Chairman Jon Harrell. Max began working for the bank part-time in 2014 as a teller, then moving to loan intern and credit analyst roles before starting his full-time position as a commercial lender in 2018. Max is a 2018 graduate of the University of Arkansas, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking. Generations Bank Acquires Missouri Arvest Location

Generations Bank Acquires Missouri Arvest Branch Rogers, AR (October 1, 2021) – Generations Bank announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Arvest Bank to acquire one branch office located at 12661 MO-13, Kimberling City, Missouri, pending regulatory approval.  The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2022. Generations Bank assets as of the end of August 2021 were $670 million. The acquisition will increase Generations Bank assets to $740 million and bring its number of banking locations to eleven.  “The addition of this location allows our bank to expand its presence into Missouri and aligns with our bank’s strategic initiative and community banking focus.
