Generations Bank announces the promotion of Max Harrell as Market President over the Rogers area. Max will oversee operations, growth of lending and deposit relationships, and community involvement for the Rogers market. Max is the sixth generation Harrell family member to work for the bank. “We are excited to see Max take on this leadership role within our Rogers team,” said Joe Ruddell, President of Generations Bank. “Max has done a great job building relationships within the Rogers community while working as a Commercial Lender.”
Max is the son of Generations Bank CEO and Chairman Jon Harrell. Max began working for the bank part-time in 2014 as a teller, then moving to loan intern and credit analyst roles before starting his full-time position as a commercial lender in 2018.

Rick will oversee operations, the growth of lending and deposit relationships, and community involvement for the Fayetteville market. “We are excited to see Rick become a member of our Fayetteville team,” said Joe Ruddell, President of Generations Bank. “Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in branch leadership and lending.”
Rick comes to Generations Bank after spending almost 20 years serving the Elkins and Fayetteville community in commercial lending and other leadership roles. Rick attended Arkansas Tech University.

Rogers, AR – Generations Bank announces the addition of Susan Coulson as Vice President, Commercial Lender. “I am thrilled to welcome Susan to our team in Van Buren,” said Brenda Belcher, Market President for Van Buren. “Susan brings with her a wealth of knowledge about the area and commercial lending. Coulson is joining Generations with almost 20 years of commercial lending experience in the Alma and Van Buren market. In her new role, Coulson will work with loan applicants to understand their financial needs, build new customer relationships, and further her involvement in her community.

Generations Bank Acquires Missouri Arvest Branch
Rogers, AR (October 1, 2021) – Generations Bank announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Arvest Bank to acquire one branch office located at 12661 MO-13, Kimberling City, Missouri, pending regulatory approval. The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2022.
Generations Bank assets as of the end of August 2021 were $670 million. The acquisition will increase Generations Bank assets to $740 million and bring its number of banking locations to eleven.
“The addition of this location allows our bank to expand its presence into Missouri and aligns with our bank’s strategic initiative and community banking focus.
